Here at Beth's Imagination Station, we understand that children are learning every day, in and out of our classrooms. We are proud to partner with various companies to provide children in our care with the opportunity to participate in additional activities during the days they attend Beth's Imagination Station. Below are a few of the spectacular programs your child will have the option of taking part in at BIS!
Big Blue Bus and The Librarian

The Big Blue Bus is filled with loads of books and music! The kids get to take an adventure to the bus, and choose their own books of their interest . Our friend, the librarian, even comes into our classrooms to read the children a book or two!
Here at Beth's Imagination Station we strive for the kids to engage in independence, learning, and fun. With the Big Blue Bus we can provide all three! The children can pick out their own favorite book in a fun environment. After, we take the time to read to the children their books of choice! The Big Blue Bus is a great way for the kids to have a fun and learning experience all at the same time. The kids love the bright, joyful, and exciting happening. It never fails to make the children smile! |
Grama Science

We Love Grama Science!
She brings a fun new learning environment to our center every other Friday for our preschool and pre-k classrooms. Including STEM education, along side our weekly curriculum, the children are always entertained by her unique teaching style, that never fails to make us laugh while learning! Formally a Rochester Community Schools teacher, Grama Science, provides years of successful experienced curriculum to our children. |

Gym 101

Miss Terri always brings a fun program to get our wiggles out! She includes yoga, cardio, tailored just for our littles! Gym 101 is offered every other Monday for classrooms YPS and up!

Stars Alive Studios

Formally known as Kinderdance, Mrs. JoAnn is still back in action providing our children with a fun learning dance environment. Every other Thursdays, for classrooms, YPS and up!
Mrs. JoAnn and Miss. Beth danced at the same ballet studio years ago. In honor of Miss. Beth's imaginary dance studio she created just around your littles age, we introduce "Stars Alive Studios". This program adds to our mission of foundational home-away-from-home environment. Have your kids learn from Mrs. JoAnn to create friendships, just like these two dancing stars! Each program blends cognitive, social, and emotional development and communication skills. Children learn a combination of the basics of creative movement, ballet, tap, floor gymnastics, gross motor skills, physical fitness, and/or modern movement skills while learning colors, numbers, shapes, words, songs, and age-appropriate concepts.The blending of these disciplines ensures that each child has an optimal learning experience while utilizing optimal lesson plans and age appropriate music and songs. All Stars Alive programs also stress development of physical and language skills, creative thinking, problem solving, language development, expanding imagination and socialization, while building self-confidence and a positive self-esteem. A performance is hosted every two months, for parents, grandparents, family, and friends, to join and watch what your children have been learning! |
